Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · BrownPurchased the 10 x 13 from Rugs.com. It was a great experience. The rugs were delievered very quickly and Rugs.com was really good at communicating. I got an email when it was shipped and when it arrived. It is true that this rug is folded not rolled and geting it to lie flat was a little challenge. We steamed the rug with a home steamer and that seemed to help it lie flat. The color is true to the video (we got the brown) and a little darker than the pictures that were shown. Because of the size of this rug we didn't get the pad because we didn't think it would slide much and so far it has not moved.

I was concerned that buying unseen and from a company never used could end in disaster. This rug added the dimension our room needed! It came rolled and in perfect condition. Quality is better than I imagined. It is more beige and a little darker than I expected but it turned out perfect!
