We've had our rug for about 6 weeks and could not be happier with it. Waited to review so we could live with our purchase a bit. The rug arrived folded and tightly wrapped in plastic...thankfully since it was a rainy day. Fed Ex left it under an eave by our door so everything stayed totally dry...thank you Fed Ex! Upon arrival we unwrapped it and laid it top-side down as recommended on the website. I admit I was a little concerned based on some reviews but within a week the rug flattened out beautifully! Any wrinkles or folds disappeared...no weights needed. It has a short pile which is what we wanted. It's very soft underfoot without padding but not cushion-y so if you want cushion you may want padding. The color is true to website photos. It arrived in excellentcondition. I will be shopping rugs.com again! Highly recommend!
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Dark GrayI purchased the gray 8x11’ rug. This is a great price for this size rug! It is very thin but I got it just to anchor the room and lighten it up.It comes folded in half for shipping and it does take some work to get all the creases out. I read the earlier reviews and used wet towels as someone suggested to get them out faster. After a couple of hours with the wet towels on it most of the creases were out within 24 hours. There are still a couple areas that are creased but are slowly working out. Overall the rug looks great and serves its purpose.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x11 · GrayBought the 7x10 in Beige SKU 6282688. These pictures are from about 5 minutes after unrolling the rug. Definitely a few wrinkles to get out. It’s a beautiful rug though! I was REALLY nervous about buying this based off of reviews and pictures but the colors are true to the images. There’s a darker portion on the left side and it’s more white on the other side but will mix really well with natural wood colors blacks greys etc. It can go either way. I added a picture with different colored objects to see how it blends. My dining room has natural light wood and black accents and the colors match perfectly. It’s definitely thin so depending where you put it you will need a rug pad. Overall though VERY happy with how this turned out and it was on sale for a great price!
Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · BeigeLove them! They make a huge difference in my house. I purchase 2-6x9 1-2’2x3 1-2x6’7 and all the pads to go under them. My only complaint is the pads were a pain to put down and then put the rug on top. It seemed that the pad was a little bigger than all the rugs too. I highly recommend the rugs though. I have a toddler and a dog and never thought I would have white in my rugs (LOL). My daughter did spill sweet tea and I grabbed a towel and soaked it right up off the rug and it left no stain and I didn’t even feel the wetness on the rug. I definitely recommend these! You won’t regret it!

If color is what you want you’ll get plenty of it in this rug!Pleasant surprises: the texture is very soft under foot especially considering the low pile and the price point. The fibers don’t have the cheap shiny sheen that many synthetic rugs have. It’s been in place in our living room for more than a month now and there’s been none of the shedding or balding I expected. The edges are neatly finished and the rug reads as far more expensive than it cost. My only complaint which other reviewers have repeatedly mentioned is that the rug arrived with deep creases. It could really benefit from better packaging and handling and I hope rugs.com will give this serious attention. One stubborn crease won’t relax but thankfully it’s tucked under the edge of a sofa. Had the rug arrived properly rolled and uncreased I wouldn’t hesitate to rate it five stars. It’s really a shame an otherwise good-quality rug isn’t handled with better care.

It’s very pretty and looks more expensive than what is listed! The rug comes rolled so when you lay it down just put something heavy on the edges overnight so it will lay flat! Then you will be good to go!
Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · BeigeOrdered July 3rd recieved july 8th. Wrapped well for shipping had some humps and lumps from being rolled up unevenly. I took a damp dish towel and my iron and ironed them flat instead of waiting for them to settle on their own. I would buy again definitely and eventually would like to get the matching runner. I'm a happy customer!

I received the rug within a week! It came nicely packaged as well. My husband and I unrolled it and placed it in the living room and couldn’t be happier. Because we have pets we needed something with a low pile so the cat isn’t tempted to sharpen his claws. This is the perfect rug because it’s soft yet easy to maintain. The color is true to the image on the website and the quality is great for what I paid. I definitely ordered more today!
Reviewing a different size or color: 7x10 · BurgundyWe bought the Monaco Rug in Brown in both the 8x10 and the 6x9 sizes for adjoining areas. These rugs are not as thick/heavy as those we were replacing so I’m not sure how long they’ll last. But for the amazing prices and free shipping it’s worth trying them. The 8x10 was folded and then rolled for shipping which caused a tear in the rug backing. Since that rug was going under our pedestal table and that spot would never be walked on we figured there was no need to return it. The rugs still look somewhat rippled from shipping after more than a week but overall we are very pleased with the look. And we have a completely updated look in our living room and dining room for a very small investment. I would recommend Rugs.com.

I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived Wednesday which I was not expecting at all! Rugs this size usually take weeks to arrive in the mail. Amazing quality the color is perfect I could not be more happy. A rug like this anywhere else would cost me waaaay over $100 but now I have the perfect addition to my hallway for a quarter of the price. I ordered the 2x13.
