I used this rug for my open concept living room. Also got this matching rug for my dining room. These rugs came fast and are great quality. Color is on point and I love the pattern! Easy to clean and material is just high enough to get those nice carpet lines after a good vacuum

I contacted rugs.com and they then told me to try rolling the rug the opposite way or to apply pressure to the area to try to make the rug flat. When I ordered this job I was buying a rug not looking for a job. I have tried everything they told me and the rug will still not lay flat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Round · Beige and Light BrownWe love the rug but the padding not so much. We purchased the 13' x 18' of this rug. We also purchased padding (sight unseen as no photos were available) that was to be cut to fit the rug. The padding is a mesh-like material and it came in two pieces. Trying to lay this very heavy and large rug on top of the padding without the padding coming apart or wrinkling up proved to be a difficult challenge even with 4 of us trying to meet it. In the end we were unsuccessful so the rug does bulge in a few spots but we are learning to live with it. I would definitely buy a rug from Rugs.com again but would buy the padding elsewhere - preferably padding in one piece similar to what goes under carpeting.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · BrownI bought this rug a week ago and it arrived quickly! The shipping was timely and arrived folded in large plastic. We unfolded the rug and let it sit out walking over it for a few hours. Some of wrinkles came out easily but after about a week of regular use and furniture being on it the wrinkles either cannot be seen or have smoothed out. The pile is not high so the website is accurate. It is still brand new so I’m not sure the wear but we aren’t wearing shoes in this area so hopefully it will last fine. I order a 2nd rug from rugs.com so i am pleased overall and and also spotted a 3rd rug I will be ordering within the next couple of months.

I wrote the company and asked if it could go under a covered area. The customer service was amazing. They said it was for indoors and I could send it back without any problem. I said I would keep it and they gave me 60.00 credit. I was truly amazed. If the rug does not hold up we will replace it with an outdoor one. The prices are INCREDIBLE! It is just love outside and we are so very happy with it. Will definitely order from them again and will refer them often. Can't go wrong here!
