Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was pretty low for something handmade in New Zealand, but let me tell you, she is gorgeous! She feels great under foot and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.
I canceled this order within 5 minutes of ordering. I received an order cancellation email. I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

In bare feet it feels like walking on coiled ropes on the deck of a sailboat. The edges are tall as a result, creating a trip hazard entering the room. Returned the rug, which was much less challenging than I feared!
