We are very pleased with both our rug and the speedy delivery with which we received it. The colours of the rug are muted but still very warm and it looks perfect in our living room against a laminate floor. We have a coffee table on it but otherwise it would benefit from a rug pad.

There’s no clear method of returns on the website, confirmation email or receipt, so emailed customer service several days ago and still haven’t heard back.

Colors look exactly as pictured . Pretty rug and can work for most styles I use it in my office . It laid down perfectly flat right out of packaged roll . No regrets with this rug
