May I combine items in my return and only use one label?
Yes! Many customers prefer to do this considering that it reduces the materials needed for the return packaging. Here is a video with instructions on how to bundle multiple rugs for return.
Note that FedEx levies costly penalties for oversized packages.
- Ensure your package is less than 96 inches (8 feet) in length. Packages longer than 96 inches (8 feet) will incur a $200 FedEx surcharge that will be deducted from your refund. This surcharge comes from FedEx, and we cannot grant exceptions.
- If your re-packaged item is too big, you may fold the item instead of shipping it rolled. Click here to watch a video on how to fold and package a rug for return.
