I have altered my rug. Will I still be eligible for a return and refund?

While customers can make changes or have a rug altered by a professional, this will invalidate our 30 days return policy and warranty.

This includes:

1. dyeing
2. resizing
3. cutting
4. bleaching
5. stretching or shrinking
6. applied Scotchgard
7. any other conceivable change to a rug's original size or shape.
