The company tried to say that there's nothing wrong with it and so we have to pay a ridiculous amount to return it. It's a pretty cheap and nasty product and apparently a cheap and nasty company as well - avoid at all costs.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x13 · SandI risked ordering it thinking it might be darker than the picture shows. But it arrived and wow!! Exactly what I was searching for. It’s a lot more of a white/grey blend I’m not sure why the picture gives it a brown tint. I would recommend buying a rug mat right away because it is a pretty thin rug (on carpet it will sit fine but on hardwood it will slide.)

Needless to say, there were so many folds in both that was impossible to put them out. Also, I did not have the space in the area to unfold both. I put the pad out to try to deal with the lumps. I rolled the rug up. After waiting 2 days I unrolled the rug on the pad. It’s been 5 days that I have been living with a very lumpy rug and an unsafe trip problem. It’s been rolled up lengthwise and width wise. Still lumps.

Reviewing a different size or color: 6x9 · Vintage BlueRug appears to be a cheap carpet off cut that has been edged. Has ripples in it consistent with this source and ripples can't be removed.

I tried turning it upside down after unrolling it… after 2 days it still showed the effect of tight rolling and packaging at the factory, (plus shipping time from mfg facility) and it creates the waffeling effect.
