The company tried to say that there's nothing wrong with it and so we have to pay a ridiculous amount to return it. It's a pretty cheap and nasty product and apparently a cheap and nasty company as well - avoid at all costs.

It’s a lot more of a white/grey blend I’m not sure why the picture gives it a brown tint. I would recommend buying a rug mat right away because it is a pretty thin rug (on carpet it will sit fine but on hardwood it will slide.)

After a month we are still trying to get the folded areas to settle down smooth. This has also affected the edges from not lying straight. A message,”The string did not match the expected pattern.” appeared when trying to send 5 pictures and only 2 showed on my review. If rugs being flat with squared corners and straight edges matter to you I would recommend buying from a provider that rolls the rug for delivery.

Customer service slow at getting back to me, after my last email chase I was asked to return the rug at my expense which was have cost me £91, they told me. I informed them this is their mistake, I managed to get £120 refund and to keep the rug, which cost £149.
