We were cautiously hopeful about the quality of this rug because we ordered it sight unseen and the price seemed too good to be true. However we were thrilled to discover what a beautiful high-quality rug it is. We have high standards for anything that we put in our home (think RH/Arhaus) and this rug exceeded our expectations.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · Jet BlackWhile this rug is of beautiful quality and very soft the geometric pattern has an odd resemblance to anti-Semitic symbols. Hopefully with furniture on it this will be less noticeable.

We had to pick it up out of state put a return label on it and they sent it to the wrong address again. Customer service at rugs.com has been extremely unhelpful and barely speaks English. Save yourself from what I’m going to. I still don’t have a rug or a refund.
