Customers love the thick, cozy texture and plush feel underfoot, noting that the chunky wool weave adds a luxurious, high-end look to living rooms and bedrooms. Reviewers consistently praise the natural softness and impressive quality, finding it delivers exceptional value for a genuine wool rug. While the substantial woven profile means higher edge clearance and expected initial shedding from natural fibers, buyers consider it a warm and stylish foundation for any home.
It's thick, comfy, and seems high quality. It adds a cozy texture to our living room. Didn't notice any smell, and the shedding has been minimal. It also laid flat overnight.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · Space GrayI canceled this order within 5 minutes of ordering. I received an order cancellation email. I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Space GrayThe look is gorgeous but the pics online don’t capture the bulk of the ropy weave. In bare feet it feels like walking on coiled ropes on the deck of a sailboat. The edges are tall as a result, creating a trip hazard entering the room. Returned the rug, which was much less challenging than I feared!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Navy BlueThe shipping service DSL used to deliver this rug is terrible I have not received yet.
