Customers love the plush feel and sophisticated style of this wool rug, frequently praising its remarkably soft texture and chunky rope weave. Many reviewers note that it brings a cozy, high-end warmth to their living rooms and bedrooms while offering exceptional value. While some customers mention natural wool shedding and a thick edge profile, most find that it settles beautifully into their homes.
It's thick, comfy, and seems high quality. It adds a cozy texture to our living room. Didn't notice any smell, and the shedding has been minimal. It also laid flat overnight.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · Space GrayI canceled this order within 5 minutes of ordering. I received an order cancellation email. I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
The look is gorgeous but the pics online don’t capture the bulk of the ropy weave. In bare feet it feels like walking on coiled ropes on the deck of a sailboat. The edges are tall as a result, creating a trip hazard entering the room. Returned the rug, which was much less challenging than I feared!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Navy BlueThe shipping service DSL used to deliver this rug is terrible I have not received yet.
